BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
The booking is confirmed upon signature of registration form and payment of a 30% deposit, balance is due 30 days before arrival for a package.
Payment can be made by credit card like VISA/EUROCARD or MASTERCARD (no AMERICAN EXPRESS) or via BANKSWIFT to our account EURL NORMANDY TRAVEL at the CREDIT AGRICOLE BAYEUX - IBAN: FR76 1660 6030 1152 0163 8170 170 - BIC AGRIFRPP866.
We can also accept cheque in EUR if drawn on a French bank otherwise we will charge 30 EUR for the bank fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY (in general, unless other mention on your registration form)
For our packages:
- more than 30 days before arrival: 75 € not refundable,
- between 30 and 21 days: 25% of the total amount ordered,
- between 20 and 8 days: 50% of the total amount ordered,
- between 7 and 2 days: 75% of the total amount ordered,
- less than 48 hours: 100% of the total amount ordered.
For our guide service:
- more than 15 days before arrival: 25 € not refundable,
- between 15 and 2 days: 20% of the total amount ordered,
- less than 48 hours: 100% of the total amount ordered.

Normandy Travel Agency operates under licence N°014 03 001 and acts according to the conditions as defined by the law n° 92-645 of July 13th 1992 laying down the conditions relative for the organization of travel-related business, the sale of holidays or travel packages and the decree n° 94-490 dated June 15th 1994.
